Hi there, welcome to this blog. My name is Jason and I work as a software architect. No I am not a full time professional top guru forex trader. But forex trading is my part-time work and hobby. Yes I am hooked like many others into forex, and yes I am always on the look out for extra income and of course currency trading can be a very lucrative income – if done properly.
How it all started
I do have basic non sophisticated trading systems (manual) that return me some pips (hence profits) whenever I decide to trade and whenever there is the opportunity to trade! I have been learning on forex for a couple of years now but lately I got intrigued by all the following…
- automated forex robots,
- automated signal services,
- forex trading courses,
- forex managed accounts,
- forex signals sent by top forex gurus
… and the list keeps on growing. Searching on these robots, services etc, you find conflicting information. MOST of the reviews are not at all reviews, but simply UNTRUE information written in a way to make you think that the robot generates millions so you go and buy this robot. Or to be blunt, written by an internet marketer that have no idea of what FOREX is, probably have never placed a real trade in his life and is promising millions with his AI Sophisticated Robot.
Basically they are selling you a DREAM since as you will see in this blog, NO ROBOT generates millions, in fact most of them loose your capital rather than generating you money.
A lot of crap in the market.
To be honest I hate scams, and 90% of the forex products in the market are complete scams or the product does not meet its hype and its promises. The latter is the more frequent, they promise millions, and you will not even manage to generate $100 to cover at least its cost.
I am also currently reviewing and using robots / signaling services that truly generates money and are worth your time in which I will write everything in this blog by time. So YES there are honest working systems that generates money.
So why this blog?
From my readers in my blogs, I noticed that people like you have great interests in these robots / services and are looking for honest, unbiased reviews. Of course they want, even I want honest unbiased reviews! But it is difficult to find – very difficult. So I end up buying the product, test it myself and then see if it is worth or not. Trust me most of them are just crap, and thank God by now I have built a list of people from whom I will always stay away from them since they always release crap products – always.
So I decided to launch this blog, for people like you who are looking for real products that work, that are worth your time and worth your investment.
In this blog I will review what is possible to review, will post all results, will post the good and the bad things on the product and what you REALLY get out of the product if you buy it.
I will first demo the product, and if results are satisfactory, I will trial it in a small live account. Only this way you can see the true potential of the product – on live accounts since performance vary from demo to live! What about backtests? They are useless for robots since the market change all the time.
Why you have to believe me?
Just read my posts in the two blogs I mentioned above, and judge by yourself. Also read this post I have written few weeks ago on a crap robot released few weeks ago.
Do I believe that robots work?
Most robots DO NOT WORK, some are NOT WORTH your time, and very few ARE WORTH considering. Personally, I think robots work up to 80%. The remaining 20% comes from your experience in forex trading. And with this experience you may manage the robot properly, since although they all claim to be automated, they all need a babysitter. You need to monitor what they are doing with your money and sometimes you need to take tough decisions!
I make more money with professional signal services and my own basic trading systems – this is the situation right now! It may change in the future. For sure you need proper forex education in which I will also write about it in this blog.
